W3C, Search Engines & Clean Code

We are professional grade, and as such we design our websites as strict as possible to W3C standard. W3C is the World Wide Web Consortium and is the primary international standards organization for the Internet's billions of web pages. You'd be surprised how many websites, even beautiful fortune 500 websites do not meet W3C standards. If you have an existing website, feel free to have it validated at no cost. Websites that are not W3C compliant may look just fine, however they are generally tougher for search engines to sort through. When invalid HTML is used, a search engine spider may abandon reading your site before it is finished. In addition, having incorrect HTML may cause your website to 'break' in the future. This isnt good for business, and it isn't good for our clients, so you can rest assured every design out the door will be strictly up to standard. Clean code is readable code. Code that a future in-house designer or contract web developer will be able to work with and understand. Many sites are written without organization, and many times a designer/developer will opt to trash everything and begin again. This can be costly in the future, of both time and money.
